In this complex you can get a temporary membership to have access to the Beach Club, Golf Club & Spa and to the Sports Club (at small additional charge). There is nothing as exclusive and complete as this complex. Complimentary shuttles drive between the sports club, restaurant, spa, grocery store and marina.
The membership is approx $50 p.p. and $25 US p. kid under 12 for 3 to 14 days stay.

– Follow all condominium rules at all times.- Follow pool rules when using it.
– A maximum of 6 people in the apartment.
– The 5th and 6th person with pay an extra person charge of $20 US per night.
– The people will use this apartment in an orderly and peaceful manner and in conformity with morality and good customs, inside and outside the apartment.
– No loud noise is allowed after 10:00pm.
– People staying at the apartment have to be conscious of the use of A/C (air conditioning). Your maximum kWh per day is 14 kWs (well above the average use per day). Any additional use will be charged at $6MXN per kWs. It will be measured at the time of your Check In and Check Out.
– Exit cleaning fee USD$40
-Additional maid service during your stay is available on request, with an additional charge of $30 US.
-For stays longer than a week, maid service is mandatory once per week and there will be a charge of $30 US per week.
– Damage Deposit USD$250
